SpreadSheets For The People

Fucking around with making non-google spreadsheets available for various mutual aid orgs so they don't have to use google. (any new platform is obviously still a barrier to entry)
Some ideas for different scenarios:
* "Open" instance where people can anonymously collaborate.
* Instances that use domain or referrer to restrict data.
* Instance that uses API key
* Instance that uses actual auth, be it in-app, OIDC/SAML/keycloak, or I guess even against discord (blech but useful).
