### flooding, plumbing and landlord
- lots of rain the other day
- lots of water came from ceiling
- generalized flooding on the left side of the basement
- nothing is damaged, we are antifragile
- (we don't need to fight it, we work with it)
- lippy did most of the cleaning, thanks lippy
- julien has talked to the landlord after flooding 
- day after: plumber came, snaked out some pipe. cleaned out a little bit. hopefully that will improve the situation.
- landlord: 
    - stuff cannot be near red water pump
    - boiler room completely clear
    - door in front of the boiler room clear
    - pathway should be clear and wide
- it's more of a planning thing, even though it doesn't affect the hacker space known as the basement
- myf will communicate to the rest of woodbine

- myf is dedicted to improve mesh network

### vent extra help
- professional help for ventilation
- myf will ask for wednesday or saturday visits
- if not, come back for availability

### plants life experiment
- julien wants more plants in the basement
- julient brought a plant here
- also an uv light to keep plant alive

- the plant is hard to kill for lack of light
