### sunday dinner NOV 6 - *us*
 will - veggies from a farmshare coming sunday, update us with new stuff, kale ceasar (prep kale stips and dressing and almonds, then mix together)
 myf - side from trader joes
 jonathan - pumpkin soup (8 gallons?)
 dessert? - most people bring
 salad? - need one could be simple, kale ceasar
 non-veggie side?
 bread side? soup nuts? firtos? (bread share?)
 
There may be more people than usual for Andew Culp, so this is fine for pumpkin soup, but we should keep this in mind for the number of loaves
 
When is the dinner prep happening? Right before? 
 
More people are needed! Micth, Julien, Devin. Anyone else will be there?
 
### promotional activities?

What would we do? We could just invite people to the weekly meetings, but we don't seem to have an event to promote! There feels like an open house around the corner, but we're not quite there yet.

Will - take my dresser and boxes to the street. Can we clear out any more junk? 

Could the espresso maachine go somewhere?

Maybe having some folding chairs could be useful?

So, for this event, our goal is to have people know that we are making things and setting up machines: **we would like to show you around.**

myf - look at fans that fit the exit on the roof for the exhaust in the back
note: need to check if correctly sized fans require 220v or not
payment?

jonathan - find some plywood to try and cleanup a corner

will need ppe for dust from cieling and plan for fastening to ceiling; wood screws and drivers. 

### woodbine.nyc

myf - move from digitalocean to self-hosting. has ability to get public ip. need proper server. jonathan working on software setup.

jonathan - working with trammell hudson on hackerspace.zone. The keycloak service for single-sign-on will fit in with Myf's self-host situation. 

What happened with the decommisssioned server? Waiting on the list actual equipment. Danny said that his goal was to have them ship by January 1.

jonathan - will get model of mask compatibility for VOCs (6000 series 3m filter?)

will - print spacers for mount for the regulator and power supply
