## Rotating Hosts for Saturday Afternoon Craft Hours

- (~p) my personal strongest incentive for holding craft hours is fostering a space including people who are any of:
  - curious beginners
  - skeptical of tech / alienated by tech culture
  - interested in getting more involved with organizing the basement
  
- should the hosts start with people on the basement MOU / any MOU?
- what hours will we commit to?
- what responsibilities does the host have?
  - being kind, patient, and open to teaching people to fish 
  - making sure the space is cleaner than when they got there
  - locking up the entire space if necessary
  - add to wb calendar/post on door/makn space with wo

## Woodbine / Basement Operational Security

- implications of upcoming ICE raids on external monitoring of WB activity
- should we hold off on formalizing open hours/workshops until whole space is on same page with security/dealing with worse case scenarios?
