* DWeb event next week (Cel)
    * no update from dweb side
        * will talk tomorrow
    * ccc will do more research on there
    * woodbine matrix open for suggestions
    * next week tuesday and wednesday 
        * people might show up
        * cel will be there
        * sharing about decentralized technology
        * some talks / presentations
    * 36 hours, overnight 9am to 9pm next day
    * holiday season so expect low attendance
    * will update tomorrow after another conversation with dweb people

* ventilation (Lippe)
    * lippy happy to put work on it
    * zero budget
    * an inline duct fan and the existing roof fan maybe sufficient
    * next thing: sourcing and installing duct tubing
        * between the fan and the existing tubing
        * getting an idea: wheather its $30 or $60
        * flanges and conenctions up on top
    * lippy feels capable of doing basic research on it
    * next week will say something back
* servers from New York Genome Center (Devin)
    * we want them
    * how many? (3 of each suggested by mustacho beany man)
    * difficulty: transporting them
        * myf has a car
    * julien: be as specific as possible
    * noise concern: do we want a rack?
        * we might have to chip in for it
        * lippy (building something with 2x4s?)
    * planning for the day
        * talk to devin if you are interested / want to help
* Solar (Myf)
    * Solar install last weekend, roof infrastructure
    * Online, connected to NYC Mesh open Internet, everyone can access
    * May need an exhaust fan
    * May need more weatherproofing for upcoming Christmastime weather
    * Has 100lbs of sandbags on it
    * Talk to Jonathan for more info
* Matrix is a mess (Lippe)
    * if someone wants to tapped in, not knowing other rooms
    * how access management is done?
    * individuals are invited to different rooms
    * cel: created two rooms
        * cel is showing how to get to those rooms on his screen
    * devin: confirmed confusion
        * we may need someone who knows how to use matrix :')
    * ability to restrict to name space / invite only / public
    * let's meet w/ micro and get this working more nicely

* Woodbine steering meeting (Myf)
