#### lp is destroyed (announcement)
- consolidated a bunch of consumables
    - glue
    - cubbie in the hallway
    - we do not need to arrange acrylic paint
    - put them in the hall way
- also moved plastic shelving
- we can throw some pruning stuff in a bucket and go through them on saturdays
- built a long group table
 

#### garnet status
- prob is fucked up
    - doing the bedmesh again to make it better
    - waiting for the new switch
    - jimmy wants to put up input shaper (to make it more precise, avoiding the acceleration)
        - prevents ringing
    - garnet is printing even with z-probe not working right now
    - dont fuck it up we don't have redundancy
- when Bea comes here in february
    - rebuild ruby
    - rebuild pyrite

#### saturday open day recap
- lp: it was awesome
- micro: spent time with gabi how to thread julien's sewing machine
    - puppet talking to sewing machine
- good to see a bunch of people working on sewing machine
- saturday's success surfaces some issues
    - woodworking is not condusive to collaborating
    - who will underline
    - table saw can hurt you, singer less so
    - what is the current deal with the saw?
    - we are figuring it out right now
    - might be a burden to ask jessie
    - could be situation where if people want to use it, once a month maybe having a slot of time
    - woodworking and general hours should be separate
    - woodworking equipment takes quite a bit of space though
    - background:
        - someone came over after mycology event and wanting to use woodworking equip
        - micro assumed the personnkew what they were doing but this person had never done this before
        - suggstion: have you talk to jesse? have you dont this before? you need to at least know the basics
        - be courteous to people around you
        - resistor: all woodworking tools are offlimite to nonmembers
        - we don't have membership but we need to figure some adjacent measures
    - calvin: in sailing, sometimes people do know whatthey are doing, but their sense of safety is differernt from you. this creates conflict
    - this person had done a lot of things wrong
    - flora: at very least printout something in that area of some ground rules. "you may know how to use this, but this is our rule"
    - do we need to ask jesse some compromise of training people like once a month?
        - we should talk to jesse about it
        - does he want to be a gate keeper?
        - waivers?
    - ground rule: 
       - if you want to do woodworking, talk to jesse, otherwise we should be comfortable saying no.

- calvin: we got one at the door, it was very cute
- upstairs has a lot of danger for rat
- we have human trap and we have poison
- we have a bucket for rat
- maricela's husband has been filling the holes wehre the rats might come from
- rats are getting desperate that's why we are seeing mroe rats
- micro orders more pastic bins 
- tell dog owners dont bring dogs
- we found one deadmouse in the basement
- that rat who died might have poisoned himself by gnawing into a trap
- lp set up motion activation videos

- no chalk or soap, no templating
- gabi, flora
- flora has carbon transfer paper
- sewing machines is tucked away, need to set up more permanent


#### coffee
- new shelving for green coffee
- new grinder thanks to micro
- bullet roaster coming in friday

#### flooring painting
- the front corner is painted now
- we bought a gallon of green
- need help moving stuff
- need synergy
- vanessa hordes paint

#### ceramic printer
- friday at 6p - 7p the person can drop off
- (it's a small ooza)
- one uses air, one uses a plunger
- bea would fix it if we dont want it
- puck will receive it

- new ooza regulator being installed saturday!
