* micro is back from Amsterdam. was fun, but now has the flu.

* LP is fucking around in Figma to make UX for Sam to work on. Messing with app dev - did user reviews. Therapy device i'm trying to invent

* s4y joining hex house! wooo! first time having a studio as a dues paying member outside the apartment. mostly working on client project.

* omni been in NJ for a few days, catching up with personal stuff.

sam - start light, then add more stuff

lp - start with a hedgedoc page?

s4y - i like the physical, no account/login

sam - things you can do for the space / for everyone. projects that are in motion that could be continued.

lp - willing to roll with the punches on a whiteboard kanban - i'd prefer depending on magnets instead of stickies. my first goto would be hedgedoc pages. i'm willing to roll with the whiteboard to see if it can scale to the space.

sam - whiteboard and sticky notes is 

lp - if we go to the defaults of 'digital tools', we are missing out on something i would enjoy, i wanna push physical stuff for increasing reach

#### Equipment offer from Sy
Sy is clearing out his shop, and is offering us stuff from his shop:
Will be cleared out by March 1, so likely to go into storage temporarily.
I suggest a trade of:
- Giving us some stuff
- Loaning us some stuff
- Building a cabinet for personal storage, maybe free? Maybe with a small monthly charge?

its a little confusing to me. sy is a contractor / plaster / woodworker, helps with kitchen and drives for pantry. Has a workshop in red hook he is vacating by end of the month. Clearing out the space, want some stuff? LP visited and took pics.

LP - festool would be awesome since people dont need to know how to use the table saw. its safer, thats probably the best thing. In return we maybe let him build a cabinet like Jesse's and work in the space.

micro - only issue i could see is woodworking makes the space inaccessible.

space - any offer means "hey this is work in progress" 
sound - would push us towards more calendaring
dust - help us seal it off

sam - i think we could use the hand truck for pantry. a large part is done by the drivers, ideally thats not the case.

# should we have a digital donation platform

lp - at one point alex p put together an exhaustive list of items and i've been categorizing it. we could get an idea of how much recurring expensis count. that could help with understanding where the money goes and why
