Jason's game night
- next Tuesday, November 19th. few 3d printed parts has been made

- there might be an issue on the garnet 
- the bed mesh tolerance was set to be 10x as what it should have been. we have never figured out the root cause.

momentum
- How can we rebuild momentum?
- the current state is because of negative feedback instead of just lows
- there's some amount of lows, and this is a feedback amplified by itaself
- there's more anti pattern than negative
- there's incentive to get it done but there's no capacity to get it done.
- we might need to have more structure and process to keep it going
- it will be nice to make a list of next steps. low hanging fruit
