# HedgeDoc Help Basement has set up software (called [HedgeDoc](https://hedgedoc.org/)) that allows us to store our own documents (You're looking at it). It works kind of like Wikipedia, where registered users can create pages, and link them together. ## Registration ### To sign-in, register a new account, or reset your password: https://basement.woodbine.nyc/auth/oauth2 #### 1min 30sec video, click to play Has english subtitles if you click settings/gear icon {%youtube o9f6spoqVTE %} ### Editing pages - basics #### 3min video, click to play Has english subtitles if you click settings/gear icon {%youtube ZGYrymgdaLI %} ### Editing pages - detail HedgeDoc doesn't care much about "whitespace," such as empty lines in a document. Sections of the document will butt up against each other, and it's recommeneded to use the # sign to create headers for each section to help with page navigation and readability. If any of this confuses you, don't worry. Just put your thoughts on the page, and someone else can help clean it up.
