    - speculation: it should be cleaned, getting it too hot will kill compressor
    - compressor dies sometimes

    - ask repair person: sizing a compressor to a unit so that the compressor has a steady state
    - repair person coming tomorrow afternoon 1-3 pm
        - ask them to install breakers?
        - this repair is being sponsored by a restaurant
        - strange flavors

#### coffee roasting

- we found out the problem with the electric circuit draw
- needed 1800watt but the draw around 1500watt
