#### state of ruby

 - installed z axis stablizer
 - design is pretty sweet
 - there's a hot end clout maybe
 - start to follow alice's guide to 3d printing
 - we gonna take out the toolhead
 - easy to repair, thanks to voron, 4 screws
 - if anyone wants to do that talk to micro
 - garnet is printing well, so there's that

#### basement tv

- if you go to tv.woodbine.nyc we've got our own streaming platform
- owncast
- if you want to stream you hacking on shit etc.
- use obs
- micro has login credentials
    - will just post on signal
- tested out indiauth login
- should do a test to see how many people it takes to crash the server
- got wyce cameras on way

#### meeting with dino reporting

- last friday, talking about issues
- first time to meet with our landlord
- dino wanted to tell us the air intake pipe we installed is not allowed by the inspector - nothing should be there since its designed for the boiler room. LP mentioned the boiler room is a flu system. Dino doesn't care about the tech - he got rid of the curtain because he doesn't like it.
- Seems overall he is fine with us using the basement as we will. Discussion about air - we mentioned opening up the roof for fresh air and he said 'just make sure there is no leaks'
- Suggested we put the front pipe through a latch.
- Myf's feeling is he is okay with us doing stuff, LP inspired confidence that we can handle what we are doing.
- the gym fan is not very usable, but we can just drill hole on the floor.
- then we can chjoice of remote / local fan
- that's good news!

#### holiday market reporting

- lot of work
- jimmy & myf worked for like 3.5 days to roast
- lp made sign design
- sold 29 bags of beans
- there should be some money that can be reinvested in the space or discussed
- there's no place to put money - how do we centralize/spend/track this money
- intention is to start a subscription service and roast and sell on the regular
- looks like karaoke event is happening, but probably not a good place to sell
- maybe talk to the CSA and get them to share with others
- got positive reviews, and people seemed interested in the subscription
- bagging was annoying, jimmy has a bagger incoming to make it easier
- now jimmy will have a grinder coming, happy to show everyone how to use it
- blue cart was just not being used, lp repurposed it. 
    - originally thought of roasting on the cart, but it has exhaust issues
    - maybe use that cart to serve coffee
    - could also use for project downstairs
    - maybe put labels on the cart
- money:
    - got A jar of money
    - just so we have an idea how much are donated
    - record keeping is very useful later if we try to apply for a grant etc.
#### meeting with electrician reporting

-  the whole place is wired with three phase electricity
-  there are 18 fuses that are in groups of 3s
-  imbalance problem: we are mostly hooked up in Bs
-  while As and Cs are kinda empty
-  jimmy (electrician enthusiast): we are using a B leg that's connected to the same fuse in the box
-  action item: move some load to another leg
-  telfer will come back to help with this
-  he suggest we need to look for dead conduits to repurpose it

#### paint:
- store loaned us the color book
- if anyone is in the space go look at the book and pick your color
- we can't keep it forever so act fast hurry up
