notes

Little printed maquette models made by micro and puck More to be printed by lippe Alex: may want to account for "work area" around certain tools, could be a base, could just 1' gridlines on floorplan

Micro offering nextcloud demo Could open to upstairs organizers

money

LP - on my own personal wiki page

I strongly feel we would benefit here from more big shelving. A couple of 24x48 + some totes, we could really clear out a lot of floor space.

I think we can buy wire shelving online for like $200. Or we can knock together some with 2x4s and 2x3s for ~$200. We could make a couple. I've built one before, but picking the specs/what thickness of wood to use is maybe a notch above my paygrade. Bigger idea around that is let's come up with budgets for fan, ducting, shelves.

Just a MVP - we don't need to incorporate concept of sustainability.

Myf - like a difference between push and pull.

puck - we need to define MVP of the space

LP - better than 'we need income'

myf - I like that philosophy

puck - maybe some stagnation is ...(couldnt hear)... "who owns all the shit over there?". it would be nice if we just cleaned up other people's shit too.

example is this injection molding machine. strongly feel will not be used. emailed the guy who made it asking how to dispose no response yet.

lp - nothing takes that much square footage its all accumulation. having built storage helps us collect things and then have limits.

Micro: Dooming #1 Being able to post and have faith that it will be seen by relevant peoples.

Dooming #2 Having a place to send doomed items

Problem: we don't have #1

Myf: Much stuff doesn't belong to anyone on a signal, or they won't be responsive

(Discussion of various specific items with no resolution)

Mitch stuff:

Alex: Where's the dividing line?

Lippe talking a bunch about characteristics of the space, and how we might start to make sense of regions: chill, shop, for wall-mounting, lighting, noise.
